Refund policy


Swasey.Co does not accept returns for refunds.You may exchange any order by notifying us within 14 days from the day that you received the ordered products.

You must then send us a return notification containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which products that the return relates to. You must then also, immediately and within 14 days from the date of the return notification, return the applicable products to us at your expense.

You are responsible for the condition of the products during the shipment back to us and we therefore strongly recommend that you send these well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
For each shipment that goes out we send an email with the shipment details and tracking information. 
Please allow 1-3 business days for order to be processed and packed and tracking to be updated. This time does not count as shipping time.
 
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, we can fulfill any requests to change sizes or items after order has been placed. 
Please email us during business hours (Mon-Fri : 9am est- 5pm est) at info@swaseyco.com, including:
Your order number
Details of why you wish to change or cancel your order.
Type  “Order Cancel” in the subject line to cancel
Type “Change of Size” in the subject line

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS AN ERROR IN MY ORDER?
If you find an error in your order after it’s been delivered, please contact Customer Service at info@swaseyco.com. We will quickly resolve whatever is wrong. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If your order is placed before 1pm EST it can take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped out.
All orders are subject to inventory availability and order verification which can delay shipment. Please make sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process.
If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will notify you are soon as we are aware.

Shipping policy
Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of 3-5 days . The expected delivery time for an order is set out in the order confirmation. In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order.
For shipping within US: Please allow up to 3-5 business days
For shipping to Canada: Please allow up to 6-11 business days
For shipping Internationally: Please allow up to 12+ business days
